- Search inputs (usernames, emails, phone numbers) — processed in real-time, not stored
- Uploaded photos — sent to Google AI for analysis, deleted immediately after
- Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe
- Anonymous usage analytics — page views and feature usage only, no personal identifiers
WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT
- We do not create or maintain dossiers on searched individuals
- We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing
- We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking
- We do not retain scan results after your session
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
- Stripe — payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant)
- Google Gemini AI — image analysis for geolocation feature
- Google Maps — map display in geolocation results
- Serper.dev — search engine data for phone lookup
YOUR RIGHTS
GDPR (EU): Right to access, rectification, erasure, and portability.
CCPA (California): Right to know, delete, and opt-out of sale. We do not sell personal data.
