WHAT TRACEFY IS NOT

TracePro is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Reports generated by TracePro must not be used for:

• Employment or hiring decisions
• Tenant screening
• Credit, insurance, or lending decisions
• Any purpose requiring FCRA-compliant consumer reports

Violation of this restriction may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal liability for the user.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You may use TracePro for:

• Auditing your own digital footprint
• Open-source intelligence research
• Journalistic investigation
• Verifying public information with proper legal basis

You may not use TracePro for:

• Stalking, harassment, or intimidation of any individual
• Compiling personal information for malicious purposes
• Any activity that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction

ACCURACY

All information is provided "as is" without warranty. Results reflect publicly available data at the time of scanning. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or currency of any result. AI Geolocation results are probabilistic estimates, not verified location data.

DATA HANDLING

• Search queries are processed in real-time and discarded after the session
• Uploaded images are sent to a third-party AI service for analysis and deleted immediately after processing
• We do not build profiles of searched individuals
• Payment data is handled by Stripe — we never access card details

LIABILITY

TracePro is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to decisions made based on scan results.

CHANGES

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
